Job Description
A top-tier UK law firm is seeking a highly skilled Associate to join its Complex Litigation team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-value, high-profile disputes across sectors including financial services, commercial, and cross-border matters.
Key Responsibilities:
— Handling complex and multi-party litigation in the High Court and appellate courts
— Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and legal submissions
— Managing large-scale document review and e-disclosure processes
— Working closely with clients, counsel, and experts in managing litigation strategy
— Supporting partners on business-critical disputes and regulatory defence matters
— Contributing to client development and legal knowledge initiatives
Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 3–6 years PQE in commercial litigation
— Experience handling complex, high-value, or cross-border litigation
— Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
— Confident managing client relationships and court deadlines
— Exposure to sectors like financial services, energy, tech, or construction is desirable
