Arbitration Associate / Senior Associate
Job Description
A globally recognised law firm is looking for an ambitious Arbitration Associate or Senior Associate to join its prestigious International Arbitration practice. You will work on complex international disputes under major institutional rules (e.g., LCIA, ICC, ICSID), often involving cross-border commercial, construction, and investment treaty matters.
Key Responsibilities:
— Managing arbitration proceedings from inception to final award
— Advising multinational clients on commercial disputes and enforcement strategies
— Drafting submissions, expert reports, and evidence bundles
— Liaising with local counsel, arbitral institutions, and tribunals
— Supporting business development in key growth sectors such as energy, infrastructure, and finance
Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified solicitor or barrister (England & Wales or equivalent jurisdiction) with 3–7 years PQE in arbitration
— Experience with major arbitration rules (e.g., LCIA, ICC, SIAC, ICSID)
— Fluency in a second language (preferred but not essential)
— Strong written advocacy and cross-border legal knowledge
— Excellent academic background and team-oriented approach
