Corporate Associate – Hybrid Working
Job Description
A leading UK law firm is seeking a commercially focused Corporate Associate to join its dynamic Corporate and M&A team. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level lawyer to work on complex, high-value transactions with a strong emphasis on private M&A, joint ventures, and corporate advisory matters, with the flexibility of hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
— Advising UK and international clients on private M&A, shareholder arrangements, restructurings, and joint ventures
— Supporting partners on high-value transactions across sectors including tech, energy, life sciences, and financial services
— Drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and other key documents
— Conducting and managing due diligence and disclosure processes
— Engaging in client development and internal knowledge initiatives
— Collaborating with tax, finance, and regulatory teams across jurisdictions
Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 2–5 years PQE in corporate law
— Strong experience in private M&A and general corporate matters
— Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
— Ability to manage workload independently in a fast-paced environment
— Strong academic background and team-oriented approach
