Corporate Associate
Job Description
An established UK law firm is looking for a high-calibre Corporate Associate to join its growing Corporate and Commercial department. This role offers exposure to a broad range of transactional work including M&A, corporate restructures, and private equity across diverse sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
— Advising clients on corporate transactions from instruction to completion
— Drafting transactional and constitutional documents including SPAs, shareholder agreements, and Articles
— Leading on aspects of corporate due diligence and disclosure
— Providing general corporate governance and advisory support to private companies
— Building long-term relationships with business clients and professional networks
— Supporting junior lawyers and collaborating across departments
Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 2–4 years PQE in corporate law
— Experience handling M&A and company law matters
— Ability to manage transactional workflows and deadlines
— Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness
— Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
