Corporate Senior Associate

A highly respected UK law firm is seeking an accomplished Senior Associate to join its Corporate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer to lead high-value corporate transactions, manage client relationships, and contribute to the strategic growth of the practice — all from a collaborative, office-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:
— Taking lead responsibility on complex M&A, private equity, and corporate restructuring transactions
— Advising entrepreneurs, SMEs, and corporate clients on governance, shareholder arrangements, and investment structures
— Drafting, negotiating, and managing key transaction documents including SPAs, shareholder agreements, and JV contracts
— Coordinating cross-practice teams and managing end-to-end deal execution
— Supervising junior lawyers and contributing to team training and mentoring
— Supporting partners with business development and client relationship initiatives
— Maintaining an active presence in the office to foster team collaboration and knowledge sharing

Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 6–9 years PQE in corporate law
— Significant experience managing complex corporate transactions
— Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
— Proven ability to lead client relationships and manage deal teams
— Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers
— Committed to working full-time from the firm\'s Central London office
