Immigration Solicitor
Job Description
A respected and growing UK law firm is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Immigration Solicitor to join its busy Immigration team. The role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse caseload across both corporate and private immigration matters, advising businesses, entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals, and families.
Key Responsibilities:
— Advising on a broad range of UK immigration issues, including:
• Sponsor licence applications and Skilled Worker visas
• Global Business Mobility and other corporate visa routes
• Family visas, spouse and partner applications, and Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)
• Naturalisation and British citizenship applications
— Managing appeals, administrative reviews, and complex immigration matters
— Keeping up to date with immigration rules and Home Office policy changes
— Liaising with clients, Home Office officials, and third-party professionals
— Drafting clear and accurate legal advice, representations, and application documentation
— Supporting client relationships and contributing to team development and knowledge-sharing
Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 2–5 years PQE in UK immigration law
— Solid understanding of both corporate and personal immigration processes
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills
— Strong attention to detail, organisation, and case management
— Confident managing client interactions with empathy and professionalism
— Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
