Litigation Paralegal
Job Description
A well-regarded commercial law firm is looking to hire a proactive and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support its busy Commercial Disputes team. The successful candidate will assist on a variety of contentious matters, including complex High Court litigation, contractual disputes, and regulatory investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
— Assisting solicitors on all stages of litigation, from pre-action correspondence through to trial
— Drafting legal documents including instructions to counsel, witness statements, and court forms
— Managing disclosure processes and e-disclosure platforms
— Preparing court bundles and managing hearing logistics
— Conducting legal and factual research
— Liaising with clients, courts, experts, and third parties
Candidate Requirements:
— Law degree (or equivalent); LPC/SQE preferred
— Minimum 6–12 months litigation experience in a legal or paralegal role
— Excellent attention to detail and document handling skills
— Strong research, drafting, and administrative capabilities
— Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
— Experience with case management and document review systems (e.g., Relativity or similar) desirable
