Job Description

A busy and well-regarded law firm is seeking a reliable and organised Admin Assistant to provide vital support to its legal teams. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
— Managing diary appointments, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
— Preparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and presentations
— Handling incoming calls and client enquiries with professionalism
— Maintaining filing systems, case records, and office supplies
— Assisting with billing and invoicing processes as required
— Supporting fee earners and other staff with general administrative duties

Candidate Requirements:
— Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role, ideally within a legal environment
— Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
— Strong written and verbal communication abilities
— Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
— Professional, courteous, and client-focused manner
— Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
