Residential Property Conveyancer
Job Description
A well-established law firm is seeking a detail-oriented Residential Property Conveyancer to join its busy conveyancing team. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of residential property transactions and deliver excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
— Handling residential property sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
— Managing client communications and liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties
— Drafting and reviewing contracts and related conveyancing documentation
— Conducting title investigations and ensuring compliance with AML requirements
— Progressing transactions to completion within agreed timescales
Candidate Requirements:
— Previous experience as a Residential Conveyancer or in a similar conveyancing role
— Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes
— Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
— Effective communication and client care skills
— Proficiency in conveyancing software and Microsoft Office
