Personal Injury Solicitor

A leading and expanding law firm is seeking a capable Personal Injury Solicitor to join its busy and reputable Personal Injury team. This is a rewarding opportunity to handle a varied caseload — including complex and high-value claims — while supporting injured clients through sensitive and challenging circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:
— Managing a caseload of personal injury matters — including RTA, EL/PL, and serious injury claims
— Conducting litigation from instruction to resolution — including pre-action protocol and court proceedings
— Drafting legal documents — including pleadings, witness statements, and schedules of loss
— Engaging with clients, medical experts, counsel, and insurers to progress claims effectively
— Negotiating settlements and representing clients in settlement meetings or hearings
— Keeping up to date with case law, procedural developments, and relevant legislation

Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2–5 years’ PQE in personal injury law
— Proven experience managing a range of litigated and non-litigated PI cases
— Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
— Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities — with a client-focused approach
— Ability to manage deadlines, prioritise workload, and work both independently and within a team
— Experience with case management systems and a proactive approach to compliance
