Job Description
A dynamic and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy Real Estate department. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 3 years’ PQE to handle a wide range of commercial property matters — from acquisitions and disposals to landlord and tenant work.
Key Responsibilities:
— Acting on behalf of landlords, tenants, developers, and investors in a variety of transactions
— Drafting and negotiating leases, licences, and agreements for lease
— Managing freehold and leasehold property sales and purchases
— Advising on property finance and assisting with refinancing matters
— Conducting title checks, searches, and preparing reports for clients and lenders
— Maintaining strong client relationships and providing commercially sound advice
— Staying up to date with property law and regulatory developments
Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with at least 3 years’ PQE in commercial property
— Experience running matters independently with minimal supervision
— Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
— Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
— Well-organised, detail-focused, and commercially aware
— Confident managing multiple transactions in a busy environment
