Commercial Property Fee Earner
Job Description
A progressive and client-focused law firm is seeking a capable Commercial Property Fee Earner with at least 3 years’ experience to join its growing property team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to handle your own caseload — working alongside experienced solicitors on a mix of commercial real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
— Running a varied caseload of commercial property matters — including leasehold and freehold transactions
— Assisting with drafting leases, contracts, and other legal documentation
— Carrying out title investigations, reviewing searches, and preparing reports on title
— Managing client and third-party communications throughout the transaction process
— Supporting senior solicitors with more complex matters as needed
— Ensuring compliance with firm procedures and regulatory requirements
Candidate Requirements:
— Minimum 3 years’ experience in a commercial property role — as a paralegal, legal executive, or unqualified fee earner
— Sound knowledge of the conveyancing process and commercial property law
— Excellent organisational and file management skills
— Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
— Effective communicator — able to liaise confidently with clients, agents, and lenders
— Proficient in using case management systems and handling transactional documents
