Residential Property Legal Executive
Job Description
A respected law firm is looking for a proactive Residential Property Legal Executive to join its conveyancing team. This role suits a CILEX-qualified professional or experienced fee earner who can manage a varied caseload of residential property matters.
Key Responsibilities:
— Managing sales, purchases, and remortgages of residential properties
— Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documents, and searches
— Advising clients on residential property issues and progressing matters efficiently
— Liaising with mortgage lenders, estate agents, and other solicitors
— Managing files through to completion and post-completion work
— Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies
Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified Legal Executive (CILEX) or equivalent experience in residential property
— Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing law and procedures
— Excellent organisational and communication skills
— Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload
— Detail-oriented and client-focused
