Job Description
A busy commercial property department within a well-regarded law firm is looking for a reliable and organised Conveyancing Assistant to support solicitors and fee earners with the progression of commercial property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
— Assisting with documentation preparation and file management for commercial property matters
— Liaising with clients, agents, surveyors, and other professionals
— Tracking transaction progress and maintaining case management systems
— Carrying out basic property searches and title checks
— Supporting the team with post-completion work and client communications
— Ensuring compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements
Candidate Requirements:
— Some experience or interest in commercial property conveyancing
— Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
— Good communication skills and a client-focused approach
— Proficient with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software
— Ability to prioritise tasks and work well in a team environment
