Residential Property Solicitor
Job Description
A reputable law firm is seeking a skilled Residential Property Solicitor to join its growing conveyancing department. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a full caseload of residential property matters and be confident working independently in a client-focused role.
Key Responsibilities:
— Handle a full caseload of residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
— Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors
— Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory standards and internal procedures
— Maintain accurate documentation and progress matters efficiently from instruction to completion
— Provide exceptional client service and maintain long-term client relationships
Requirements:
— Qualified Solicitor (ideally 2+ years PQE) with proven residential conveyancing experience
— Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
— Ability to manage caseloads independently and meet tight deadlines
— Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills
— Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office
