Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
Job Description
A well-regarded law firm is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and organised Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to assist in the day-to-day running of residential property transactions. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in conveyancing to join a supportive and busy team.
Key Responsibilities:
— Assist fee earners with residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages
— Draft and prepare legal documentation, conduct searches, and liaise with clients and third parties
— Handle post-completion tasks including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
— Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files
— Provide administrative and legal support to the conveyancing team
Requirements:
— Experience working in a residential conveyancing environment
— Understanding of the full conveyancing process
— Strong administrative and organisational skills
— Excellent written and verbal communication
— Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office
