Job Description
A well-established and growing law firm is seeking a proactive Property Lawyer to join its busy and collaborative property team. This role offers a varied and engaging caseload — with the opportunity to work on residential, commercial, or mixed-use property matters, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
— Managing property transactions from instruction through to completion
— Advising clients on sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and lease matters
— Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documents, leases, and reports on title
— Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth progression of matters
— Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal procedures
— Maintaining accurate records using the firm’s case management system
— Contributing to team development and delivering high standards of client care
Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in property law
— Comfortable managing a full caseload independently
— Strong drafting, communication, and organisational skills
— Proficiency in legal software and digital case management tools
— A client-focused attitude and ability to work well within a team
— Experience in residential, commercial, or both areas of property law
