Senior Systems Trainer

A leading law firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Systems Trainer to design, deliver, and improve training across the firm’s core legal and business systems. This is a key role for someone who can lead on training strategy — while ensuring all staff are confident and effective in using the firm’s technology.

Key Responsibilities:
— Designing and delivering training programs for legal software, case management systems, and productivity tools
— Leading induction sessions for new joiners — ensuring smooth onboarding and systems confidence
— Developing user guides, training materials, and e-learning content tailored to all experience levels
— Acting as the firm’s go-to expert on core systems — providing floor support and resolving user issues
— Gathering feedback and analysing training effectiveness to inform improvements
— Supporting the rollout of system updates, new platforms, and process changes
— Working closely with IT, HR, and department heads to align training with business needs

Candidate Requirements:
— Proven experience in systems training — preferably within a legal or professional services environment
— Strong working knowledge of legal software (e.g. case management systems, document management systems, Microsoft 365)
— Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
— Ability to work independently and proactively across all levels of the business
— Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
— Experience in creating engaging learning materials and delivering one-to-one and group training
