Job Description
A respected law firm is seeking a skilled Dispute Resolution Executive to join its busy team. This role involves assisting with a broad range of dispute resolution matters — including negotiations, settlements, and case management — offering excellent experience in client-focused dispute handling.
Key Responsibilities:
— Supporting solicitors in managing dispute resolution cases from instruction to conclusion
— Drafting correspondence, settlement agreements, and legal documents
— Liaising with clients, counsel, and other parties involved
— Assisting with mediation and alternative dispute resolution processes
— Managing case files and ensuring deadlines are met
Candidate Requirements:
— Proven experience in dispute resolution support or paralegal role
— Strong organisational and communication skills
— Ability to work independently and as part of a team
— Excellent attention to detail and client care
