Job Description
A reputable and growing law firm is seeking a diligent and client-focused Property Lawyer to join its busy property team. This role offers the chance to work on a varied caseload — covering residential, commercial, or mixed property transactions — with opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
— Managing property transactions from instruction through to completion
— Advising clients on sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold matters
— Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and transfer documents
— Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth progression of matters
— Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
— Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records
— Supporting junior colleagues and contributing to team objectives
Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in property law
— Ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently
— Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
— Effective communicator with strong client care skills
— Proficient in case management software and Microsoft Office
— Experience in residential and/or commercial property is desirable
