Job Description
A respected and growing law firm is seeking a knowledgeable Commercial Property Lawyer to join its busy commercial property team. This role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse range of commercial property matters — including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects — in a client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
— Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions from instruction to completion
— Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, leasing, refinancing, and landlord and tenant matters
— Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, leases, and other legal documents
— Liaising with clients, agents, surveyors, and third parties to facilitate smooth transactions
— Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and professional standards
— Supporting junior team members and contributing to departmental objectives
Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with commercial property experience
— Strong understanding of commercial property law and related legal documentation
— Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and efficiently
— Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills
— Client-focused with a proactive and professional approach
— Proficient in legal case management software and Microsoft Office
