A respected law firm in Chichester is seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Litigation Secretary to provide essential administrative support to their busy litigation team.

This role is ideal for an experienced secretary who is familiar with legal terminology and procedures related to litigation. The successful candidate will play a key part in managing correspondence, preparing legal documents, and supporting solicitors to ensure smooth case progression.

Key Responsibilities:
— Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
— Manage litigation files and case management systems
— Arrange meetings, court dates, and travel for legal teams
— Handle telephone and email communications with clients, courts, and other parties
— Assist with billing and time recording as required
— Support solicitors with general administrative duties

Requirements:
— Previous experience as a litigation secretary or in a similar legal administrative role
— Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
— Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures within litigation
— Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software
