Residential Conveyancer

A well-regarded law firm is looking to appoint an experienced and proactive Residential Conveyancer to join their busy property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancing professional to manage their own caseload and contribute to a high-performing department.

Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of residential property transactions, delivering a smooth and efficient service to clients from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
— Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters independently
— Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions
— Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties
— Draft and review legal documents and contracts
— Ensure all matters comply with regulatory and firm policies
— Maintain accurate case records and progress updates using case management systems
— Provide a high standard of client care and support business development where required

Requirements:
— Proven experience in residential conveyancing (qualified solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer)
— Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and property law
— Excellent organisational and time management skills
— Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
— Proficiency in using case management software and Microsoft Office
— Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
