A well-regarded law firm is seeking a versatile and experienced Residential & Commercial Property Lawyer to join their property team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a varied caseload involving both residential and commercial transactions, delivering high-quality legal services to individuals and businesses alike.
Overview:
The successful candidate will handle all aspects of property law, from residential conveyancing to commercial leases and property sales, ensuring smooth transactions and excellent client care throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
— Manage a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property matters
— Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold and freehold transactions
— Draft and negotiate leases, contracts, and related documents
— Advise clients on landlord and tenant issues, property development, and title matters
— Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other legal professionals
— Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
— Contribute to business development and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements:
— Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in both residential and commercial property law
— Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
— Excellent client care and communication skills
— Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
— Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office
— Commercially aware, proactive, and well-organised
