Job Description
A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced and adaptable Residential & Commercial Property Lawyer to join their property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with a broad property background to manage a diverse caseload across both residential and commercial sectors.
Overview:
The successful candidate will advise clients on a range of property transactions, including residential conveyancing, commercial leases, acquisitions, disposals, and landlord and tenant matters.
Key Responsibilities:
— Handle residential sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold/freehold transactions
— Manage commercial property matters including leases, licenses, and developments
— Draft and negotiate contracts, lease agreements, and title documents
— Advise individuals, investors, and business clients on property-related issues
— Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other legal professionals
— Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards
— Contribute to business development and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements:
— Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in both residential and commercial property law
— Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
— Excellent communication, negotiation, and client care skills
— Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
— Proficient in legal case management systems and Microsoft Office
— Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to work
