Overview:
The successful candidate will handle a full range of residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion, providing a high level of client care and ensuring legal compliance throughout.

Key Responsibilities:
— Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
— Draft and review contracts, title documentation, and property reports
— Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
— Ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently through to completion
— Provide clear legal advice tailored to individual client needs
— Maintain accurate case records using the firm’s case management systems
— Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal policies

Requirements:
— Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing
— Strong knowledge of property law and the conveyancing process
— Excellent organisational, communication, and client care skills
— Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
— Proficient in using conveyancing software and Microsoft Office
— Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player
