A well-established law firm with offices in Coventry and Leamington Spa is seeking a confident and experienced Conveyancer to join their residential property team. This is a great opportunity to manage a varied caseload in a supportive and client-focused environment.
Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, delivering high-quality service to clients across both locations.
Key Responsibilities:
— Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold/freehold transactions
— Draft and review contracts, title documentation, and reports
— Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
— Ensure transactions progress efficiently and meet all compliance requirements
— Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files using legal software
— Provide clear, professional advice and regular updates to clients
— Contribute to team development and departmental goals
Requirements:
— Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced fee earner
— Proven experience in managing residential conveyancing files independently
— Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
— Excellent communication and client care abilities
— Proficiency in using conveyancing case management systems
— Ability to work effectively across multiple locations if required
