Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of residential conveyancing, ensuring transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
— Manage a full caseload of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
— Draft and review contracts, title documents, and reports
— Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
— Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and firm policies
— Provide regular updates and professional advice to clients
— Maintain accurate records and utilise case management systems
— Support junior team members and contribute to departmental goals

Requirements:
— Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced fee earner
— Solid experience in residential conveyancing
— Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
— Excellent communication and client care abilities
— Confident in using legal software and Microsoft Office
— Ability to manage a caseload independently
