Overview:
The successful candidate will handle a full range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, delivering high standards of service and ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
— Manage a varied caseload including sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold, and freehold transactions
— Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds, and supporting documentation
— Conduct title checks and order relevant property searches
— Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
— Maintain accurate records using case management systems
— Ensure all legal work is compliant with current regulations and firm policies
— Provide regular updates and clear, practical advice to clients

Requirements:
— Qualified Licensed Conveyancer with experience in residential property
— Strong knowledge of conveyancing law and procedures
— Excellent organisational and communication skills
— Ability to manage a full caseload independently
— Client-focused with a proactive and professional approach
— Confident using conveyancing software and Microsoft Office
