Job Description
A reputable law firm is looking to recruit a motivated Conveyancing Solicitor to join its residential property team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to handle a variety of conveyancing matters within a well-supported environment.
Key Responsibilities:
— Managing a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold/freehold transfers
— Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts and transfer deeds
— Conducting property title checks and ordering necessary searches
— Communicating with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other legal professionals
— Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and firm policies
— Maintaining accurate case records and providing timely updates to clients
Requirements:
— Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor with relevant experience
— Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures
— Excellent organizational and communication skills
— Ability to work independently and manage cases efficiently
— Client-focused with a professional attitude
— Proficient in conveyancing software and MS Office
