A well-established law firm in the heart of London is seeking a Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitor to join its respected and supportive team. Key Responsibilities:
— Assisting with a varied caseload of private client matters — including wills, probate, estate planning, trusts, and powers of attorney
— Drafting and reviewing legal documents under supervision
— Providing clear and practical advice on estate and succession planning
— Liaising with clients, colleagues, and third parties to support the smooth progression of matters
— Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
— Maintaining accurate records and assisting in client updates

Requirements:
— Qualified Solicitor (newly qualified or up to 1 year PQE) with exposure to private client work during training
— Solid understanding of wills, estates, trusts, and related legal processes
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
— Enthusiastic, client-focused, and eager to learn and develop within the role
— Strong attention to detail and ability to manage workload effectively
— Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
