Senior Private Client Solicitor
Job Description
A well-established law firm is seeking a highly skilled Senior Private Client Solicitor to join its reputable and collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor to take on a key role — managing high-value and complex private client matters while mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
— Handling a broad and often complex caseload — including wills, probate, estate planning, trusts, tax matters, and powers of attorney
— Advising high-net-worth individuals and families on estate and succession planning
— Drafting and reviewing a wide range of legal documents with a high level of technical accuracy
— Managing client relationships and delivering tailored, strategic legal advice
— Supervising and supporting junior solicitors and paralegals
— Ensuring compliance with all legal, professional, and regulatory requirements
— Actively contributing to business development and practice growth
Requirements:
— Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in private client work
— Extensive experience advising on complex estates, trusts, and tax planning
— Excellent client-facing skills and a strong commercial awareness
— Proven ability to manage a busy, high-quality caseload independently
— Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues
— Meticulous attention to detail and a professional, client-focused approach
— Proficient in legal case management systems and Microsoft Office
