Key Responsibilities:
— Handling a range of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, trusts, and powers of attorney
— Drafting and reviewing legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
— Advising clients on estate and succession planning
— Managing relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties
— Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory standards
— Maintaining accurate records and delivering regular client updates
Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client work
— Strong knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and related legal processes
— Excellent communication and client care skills
— Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
— High level of professionalism and attention to detail
— Competent in using legal case management systems and Microsoft Office
