Key Responsibilities:
— Managing a caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, estate administration, and powers of attorney
— Drafting and reviewing legal documents with precision and attention to detail
— Advising clients on estate and succession planning
— Liaising with clients, colleagues, and third parties to ensure matters progress smoothly
— Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and professional obligations
— Maintaining accurate case records and providing timely client updates
Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client law
— Strong understanding of relevant legal processes, including probate and trust work
— Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
— Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently
— Client-focused, organised, and detail-oriented
— Comfortable using legal case management systems and Microsoft Office
