Key Responsibilities:
— Managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and powers of attorney
— Drafting and reviewing legal documents with precision
— Advising clients on estate planning and related legal issues
— Liaising with clients, colleagues, and external professionals to ensure smooth matter progression
— Ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
— Maintaining clear and accurate records and updating clients regularly
Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client law
— Strong knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
— Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload
— Detail-oriented, organised, and committed to high standards of client service
— Proficient in legal case management systems and Microsoft Office
