Job Description
A well-regarded law firm is currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Conveyancer to join its growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional to handle a range of residential property matters in a supportive and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
— Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
— Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and leasehold and freehold transactions
— Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documents, and reports
— Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties
— Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and professional standards
— Keeping accurate case records and providing regular client updates
Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with experience in residential conveyancing
— Sound knowledge of the conveyancing process and property law
— Strong communication and client care skills
— Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and efficiently
— Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organised
— Competent in using legal case management systems and Microsoft Office
