Job Description
A well-established and client-focused law firm is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its property team. This is a great opportunity for a qualified solicitor to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
— Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
— Managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and new build transactions
— Drafting and reviewing contracts, title reports, and associated documentation
— Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties
— Ensuring all transactions comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
— Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and providing regular client updates
Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing
— Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and property law
— Excellent communication and client care skills
— Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently
— Highly organised with strong attention to detail
— Proficient in legal case management systems and Microsoft Office
