Job Description
A reputable law firm is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy property team. This role offers a great opportunity to manage a wide range of residential conveyancing matters within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
— Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold/freehold matters
— Drafting and reviewing contracts, title reports, and legal documentation
— Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties to ensure smooth progress
— Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
— Maintaining accurate case records and providing timely client updates
Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing
— Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and property law
— Excellent communication and client care skills
— Ability to manage a varied caseload independently and efficiently
— Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
— Proficient in legal case management software and Microsoft Office
