Licensed Conveyancer
Job Description
A well-established law firm is looking for a competent Licensed Conveyancer to join its residential property team. This role presents an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of conveyancing matters in a supportive and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
— Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold/freehold transactions
— Drafting and reviewing contracts, title reports, and other relevant documents
— Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties to progress files efficiently
— Ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory standards
— Maintaining up-to-date case records and communicating effectively with clients
Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified Licensed Conveyancer with solid residential conveyancing experience
— Thorough understanding of conveyancing processes and property law
— Strong client communication and organisational skills
— Ability to manage multiple files independently
— Attention to detail and a professional approach
— Proficient in legal case management systems and Microsoft Office
