Remote Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Job Description
A well-established law firm is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its property team on a remote working basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from anywhere, within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
— Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold/freehold matters
— Drafting and reviewing contracts, title reports, and other legal documentation
— Liaising remotely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties to ensure smooth matter progression
— Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
— Maintaining accurate case records and providing regular updates to clients
Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified Solicitor with proven experience in residential conveyancing
— Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and property law
— Excellent communication and client service skills, with the ability to work effectively remotely
— Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
— Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
— Proficient in legal case management software and Microsoft Office
