Residential Conveyancer
Job Description
A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
— Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold/freehold transactions
— Drafting and reviewing contracts, title reports, and other legal documents
— Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties to progress matters efficiently
— Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
— Maintaining accurate case records and providing timely updates to clients
Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified Licensed Conveyancer with experience in residential conveyancing
— Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and property law
— Excellent communication and client care skills
— Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
— Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
— Proficient in legal case management systems and Microsoft Office
