Key Responsibilities:
— Managing a diverse caseload including wills, probate, estate planning, trusts, and powers of attorney
— Drafting and reviewing legal documents with precision
— Providing clear and practical advice on estate and succession planning

— Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements

Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client work
— Strong knowledge of wills, estates, trusts, and related legal processes
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
— Ability to manage a varied caseload independently and efficiently
— Detail-oriented, professional, and client-focused
— Proficient in legal case management systems and Microsoft Office
