Job Description
A reputable law firm is looking to appoint a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor or Conveyancer to join its busy property team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters within a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
— Handling a varied caseload including residential and commercial property transactions, such as sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
— Drafting and reviewing contracts, title reports, and other legal documents
— Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties to ensure smooth progression of matters
— Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory standards
— Maintaining accurate case files and providing timely updates to clients
Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in conveyancing
— Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
— Excellent communication and client care skills
— Ability to manage multiple files efficiently and independently
— Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
— Proficient in legal case management software and Microsoft Office
