Conveyancing Solicitor – 3+ PQE
Job Description
A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join its busy property team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a diverse caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters within a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
— Managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
— Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, title reports, and other legal documents
— Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties to ensure efficient progression of matters
— Providing clear legal advice and solutions tailored to client needs
— Ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
— Maintaining accurate case files and providing regular updates to clients
Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in conveyancing
— Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
— Excellent communication and client relationship skills
— Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and efficiently
— Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
— Proficient in legal case management software and Microsoft Office
