Job Description
A respected law firm is looking to appoint a dedicated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its property team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions within a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
— Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
— Drafting and reviewing contracts, title reports, and other legal documentation
— Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties to ensure smooth progression of matters
— Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
— Maintaining accurate case files and providing timely updates to clients
Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing
— Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
— Excellent communication and client service skills
— Ability to manage multiple files efficiently and independently
— Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
— Proficient in legal case management systems and Microsoft Office
