Key Responsibilities:
— Handling a varied caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
— Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents
— Advising clients on residential property transactions and related legal issues
— Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties to ensure smooth progression of cases
— Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
— Maintaining accurate case records and providing regular updates to clients
Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified Solicitor with relevant experience in residential property law
— Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures and property law
— Excellent communication and client care skills
— Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and independently
— Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
— Proficient in legal case management systems and Microsoft Office
