Executive Assistant – Trust & Estates
Job Description
A respected law firm is seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to support senior fee earners within its Trust & Estates department. This is a great opportunity to work in a client-focused, fast-paced environment providing high-level administrative and organisational support.
Key Responsibilities:
— Providing day-to-day executive support to partners and senior team members within the Trust & Estates team
— Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
— Preparing correspondence, legal documents, and presentations
— Assisting with file management, document organisation, and client onboarding
— Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties on behalf of fee earners
— Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with firm procedures and data protection regulations
— Supporting billing processes and maintaining accurate records
Candidate Requirements:
— Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Legal Secretary, ideally within private client, trusts, or estates
— Strong organisational and multitasking skills
— Excellent written and verbal communication
— High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
— Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
— Professional, discreet, and client-focused
