Residential Property Solicitor

A well-regarded UK law firm is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Residential Property Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to handle a diverse range of residential conveyancing matters in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
— Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
— Advising clients on title issues, property searches, and Land Registry requirements
— Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents
— Liaising with clients, agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth progression of transactions
— Conducting due diligence and identifying potential risks or issues
— Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and anti-money laundering obligations
— Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files throughout the transaction lifecycle

Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 2–5 years PQE in residential property law
— Proven experience handling a varied residential caseload independently
— Strong communication and client care skills
— Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
— Proficiency in conveyancing systems and legal case management software
— A proactive, organised, and team-oriented approach
— Commitment to delivering high standards of service and professionalism
