Partner – Regulatory Work
Job Description
An established UK law firm is seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Partner to lead and expand its Regulatory practice. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a growing area of law within a collaborative and well-supported firm environment.
Key Responsibilities:
— Advising corporates and individuals on complex regulatory compliance and investigations
— Representing clients in dealings with regulatory bodies (e.g., FCA, SRA, HSE, ICO)
— Providing strategic advice on governance, risk, and regulatory frameworks
— Leading and mentoring a growing team of regulatory lawyers
— Contributing to firm-wide business development and marketing strategies
— Managing client relationships at board and C-suite level
— Ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical obligations
Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 10+ years PQE in regulatory law
— Extensive experience handling high-profile and sensitive regulatory matters
— Existing client following or strong business development track record
— Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor junior lawyers
— Commercial acumen and confident communicator
