Partner – Group Litigation
Job Description
A prominent UK law firm is seeking an ambitious and experienced Partner to lead its Group Litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to head high-impact cases and play a key role in the firm’s litigation strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
— Leading complex group and multi-party litigation, including class actions and mass torts
— Managing large teams and coordinating legal strategy across multiple stakeholders
— Advising claimants or defendants in high-profile, high-value claims
— Overseeing litigation funding, risk assessments, and ATE insurance
— Supporting firm growth through marketing, press, and professional networks
— Developing internal litigation processes and case management frameworks
Candidate Requirements:
— Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 10+ years PQE in group litigation
— Demonstrated success in large-scale group actions (UK or international)
— Experience managing litigation funding and collective redress mechanisms
— Exceptional organisational and leadership capabilities
— Entrepreneurial approach with proven client development skills
